Workshops

MAKE recycled craft workshop is worth a visit, upstairs at the Whitfield Village Pantry you'll find a warm welcome and a shed load of surprises, textiles, papers, lace, ribbons, buttons and more waiting to be transformed into new and unusual things. Here you can join our frequent craft workshops and learn to make felt, clothes, books and many other unique things. Arrange your kids party or a craft get together. Check the website for the calendar of events.

Open Workshop Thursday is exactly what it sounds like, every Thursday, the workshop above the cafe is open for anyone who wants to join us with their own crafts. A freely offered day of craft with other friendly folk. Drinks from the cafe at special Workshop Price!

Parties. For children, wedding preparation, work place away days, or any event you can think of, we can design the perfect crafty party.

 

Saturday Workshops

All workshops start at 10.30 am until 1.30 pm, when we will break for lunch. The cafe offers you 10% off all food and drinks on workshop days, for you and anyone who may care to join you on that day. After lunch carry on working on your project if you wish.

All materials are provided as part of the £35.00 fee. This includes tea/coffee when you arrive. Many of the materials used will be recycled, but when we are using new materials, such as felting fibre, there will be ample for you to complete the project, with an opportunity to buy more to continue at home. Equipment may be for sale also.

Workshops are suitable for beginners.

There is nothing more satisfying than making something unique with your own hands!
