Shirts Quilt

I am a fan of Kaffe Fasset, his obsession with colour matches my own.

This shirts quilt was featured in one of his many books.

3 inch squares, fiddly little squares of old shirts collected over many years, with a flash of wild colour here and there.

Backed with a white sheet which shows the colourful running stitches off in the lovely grid pattern that I love, the little flashes of coloured cottons lift this quilt out of the laundry basket and onto that child’s bed maybe?

100% organic cotton wadding, size about 36” x 64”
